Interview: Andrea Calle Now here's a model who's taken the mantle of digital vixen with aplomb. Andrea Calle is a force to reckon with. We recently caught up with Andrea for an exclusive interview. Check out what she had to say..
 How did you initially decide to get into glamour modeling? What was the catalyst
to you making this decision? I wouldn't say I decided to get into glamour
modeling, I would say that it dragged me into it because of my body type. What has 2010 been like for you in terms of modeling work? It has been and incredible year. Full of adventures, a lot of work, have met so many great people, and it will be the beginning of many great years to come Eye candy and Modeling, is there a difference to you? Yes, eye candy is a delightful person that gives joy to the sight. Modeling is the act or profession of being a model. Andrea, you have one of the most refined, voluptuous physiques that I've seen that elicits a high degree of pleasure from one's aesthetic senses, so I'm curious to know what does your diet and exercise regimen consist of? Well, I do not really follow an specific diet, try to eat 6 times a day, and as proportionate as possible. In the exercise part, I have a personal trainer (Denise from newbodyarchitecs) 4 times a week in different sequences mixing upper and lower body exercises.
Women with nice bodies and cute faces are notorious for being
brainwashers (you know the saying "never trust a nice shape and a smile"). Are
there times you've used your voluptuousness to manipulate men or situations to
your advantage? If so, can you give us an example? Well, I think we all use
are qualities to achieve what we want or need. I think that the physic is just
the first step to the door then the brain is what actually lets you stay in the
room. For me, there is no real beauty without brains and humility.
How would you describe the image that comes across when people look at your
photos? If its a man usually they stare and bit their lip, and the "WOW",
a woman will just say very pretty.
 What experience do you value more and attain more personal satisfaction from as
a model: the creative process behind an intimate collaboration with a talented
photographer, make-up artist and/or designer OR seeing the reaction from your
family, friends and fans as they bare witness to the finished product? This is a
great question, I think I don't know. I love looking at a great work from the
result of a great team, it make me proud of my work. but the pleasure it gives
me to see people admire the work its also amazing. How fair is the modeling world to women in the grand scheme of things? Is there any room for growth? I think that yourself can be your worst enemy, that your growth in anything you do depends on the ceiling you put to it. Their is always room for improvement and growth, and modeling is not an exception, there are many different types of modeling and you can be a model in very different scenarios. There are a lot of misconceptions or stereotypes about models. Does that stigma follow you? Stereotypes follow everyone that is in the public eye, so of course I have been stereotyped, but for me is a joy when I meet someone that has prejudged me and sees that their is so much more to Andrea Calle than what they thought. But you're aware of the misconceptions. Which would you say is the worst? That models are all dumb and easy. What is controversial and unique about you? I am a very unique person, I don't consume anything that does not let me be in ful control of my 5 senses. I know many people but I have very little friends. Love doing things that challenge me, and I have to learn at least one new thing every day.  Do you place any limitations on yourself in terms of what you will and will not
do in this industry to succeed, or do you have a 'by any means necessary I will
get mine in the 21st century' attitude? I am a fighter, but I do have my
limitations. I don't believe in stepping over people to achieve what you
want,your success wont last long.
