Hi Tiffany, can you introduce yourself to our readers please? Who is Tiffany Upshaw?

-Tiffany Upshaw, more than just a nice smile and pretty face. 
  
What was your first step into the world of Bikini/Fitness Modeling?

-My first step was when I couldn't even take a step, lol. I started out doing beauty pageants at 8 months old all the way up to my Senior year of high school. That rolled into the world of modeling. I was discovered on MySpace by two supplement companies, Optimum Nutrition and American Bodybuilding - crazy I know - but I became an endorsed Athlete and Fitness Model for them and still continue to be today!

Define what being sexy is to you.

Sexy is being confident in your own skin. This is something that women don't understand. Insecurities are a turn off. Confidence is wearing no make-up and going out in public. As Drake says, "Sweat Pants, Hair Tie, Chillin' with no make-up on."

Eye candy and modeling, is there a difference?

Eye Candy - Something constantly appealing to the eye...feeding the desires of one's imagination. Modeling is a career, a passion, a desire to show the world you, your ability, your uniqueness . . .you. There is a difference.

What has 2010 been for you in terms of work (magazine appearances, films, party hosting etc). etc).

2010 has brought a dream of positive things my way! I moved to Ft. Lauderdale recently and have found that there is way more opportunity on this coast. Photo-shoots have picked up, still would love to be featured in magazines but it's a work in progress.

What stereotypes about  do you feel are unfairly placed on you?

Hmm…"oh, well, she wears slim to none in her pics, I bet her character is a front". NO, no one's innocent but I do have morals and limitations.

What do you think about the Tammy Torres comparisons? Could you see you two working together?

Tammy has an outstanding resume', clap clap bravo! I'd love to collaborate with her at some point in time. The comparisons I feel are a compliment, thank you!

Recently, Tiffany, I have found that you are becoming the new go-to model. What is the secret of your success?

I network like no other! Facebook, Twitter, Email, BBM, Text, etc. I enjoy helping other models/industry people get work and linking them up to create even more success within their business relations. If you want it or need it, I got it and can precede it professionally and respectfully!

What, if anything, do you dislike about being a in-demand model? being a in-demand model?

I enjoy every moment and can't say I dislike anything. Truth.Truth. 
  
How has your look evolved over the years (are you surgical enhanced etc) and what would you say is your greatest asset?

My greatest asset is well. . .my ASSet and my legs. I'm a hard worker on my fitness game and living on this coast is definitely a MUST in staying in shape and looking on point.

Tiffany, your beauty is rare and intoxicating. How would you describe the demand for your beauty in the modeling industry? How fierce is the competition you confront with other beauties? 

Wow! Thanks! I'm a lil Oreo Cookie.... Halle Berry Breed as I say, lol. We are a rare breed. I'm pretty versatile, so I can look Spanish, Caucasian, Mixed, Italian, etc. I can play many roles. 
 
Your pictures are also very sexy, unique and original. Where does your creativity come from, and how do you choose the theme for each photoshoot?  

I love to collaborate with the photographer on each shot. It starts with an idea and blossoms from there. Creativity and imagination is key in a unique shoot. 
 
You seem very healthy and happy in your photos. How would you describe a healthy lifestyle? This could include relationships, outlooks on life, diet and exercise..

I don't think I'm of any calibre'. I'm me. I'm a normal female just as the female sitting next to the female standing next to her. Gentlemn: HAVE CONFIDENCE. CLOSED MOUTHS DON'T GET FED!

We’ve noticed that you have quite a following online (Twitter etc). How important is it for you to stay in touch with your fans online? line?

I love my fan base! My fitness fan base and my fans that just enjoy the creativity I bless through my photos. They are important to me and I’m very appreciative to have them in my life! 

What are some of your upcoming projects?

I'm working on some magazine spreads right now and another NPC Bikini Show. I also have some secrets in the Gucci bag, lol.

Lastly, where do you see yourself in 5 - 10 years?

I see myself STILL being INDEPENDENT, continuing to enjoy life and the breath that God gives me every-day. Also thanking him for each and everyday he blesses me with waking up to that amazing man….whoever he may be!?
